Are there shipping costs?
We offer free shipping on all orders over $199 in Canada only but also have amazing ground shipping rates. Our goal is to get your art to you in a timely fashion at the lowest possible price. We do not make any profits from shipping as we want to ensure it creates business for us, not turn customers away. You will see the shipping charges when you proceed to payment on our website. Our shipping charges applies to your entire order regardless of the quantity if you do not qualify for free shipping so load up your cart and save.

For remote addresses a rural delivery surcharge will be applied to your order. This is due to the higher costs of delivering to rural areas and will be calculated in the checkout based on your exact location and package size. This additional cost is determined by your Postal Code by the courier company. We charge you exactly what they charge us.
Where do you ship to?

Please note: We do not ship to Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, Hawaii, Alaska, or outside of North America
How long will it take my order to arrive?
Shipping times vary depending on your location in Canada and the United States. We are located in Vancouver, BC, Canada so your shipping time will increase the further you are from our location.
Below you will find “Estimated” shipping times for the major cities: Each day is a 'business day', and please allow 5-7 business days for production.

What if my package arrives damaged?
No problem, all our shipments are 100% insured against damages. It does not happen often but if it does occur simply take a photo of the damaged box and artwork and contact us. We will quickly review your issue and if approved we will redo your order in a rush priority and have it reshipped to you as soon as possible.
Do you offer Rush Shipping if I need my order sooner?
Yes, we do offer a 2-day priority shipping to major cities at an extra cost. You can select this option when you proceed to check out in the shipping section.
Please note that this does not mean we can produce your order the same day. Our normal production times still apply to your order. The priority shipping applies the day we ship your order.
Can I pick my order up at your office?
Yes by all means you can if you are located in our area anytime between 9am to 4pm Monday to Friday.
